My own involvement in hazardous situations has been core to the pathway which has led me to this point, and that wealth of experience means that I really care about the solutions which I build for my clients at Anchor Safety. By choosing the right questions to ask, taking the time to listen as much as talk, thinking laterally and being both proactive and reactive at the right moments, I can work to develop the best result for a customer in any situation. If I can feel that I have contributed to sending every worker home safely at the end of each day, then I am more than satisfied.
