With over 20 years of experience in the Maintenance, IT and manufacturing industries, I am passionate about applying my technical skills and knowledge to optimize the performance and reliability of complex systems and equipment. As an Amazon RME, I work with a diverse and talented team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the fulfillment center's infrastructure and automation. I am driven by the mission of delivering customer satisfaction and innovation through continuous improvement and problem-solving. In my previous role as an Area Maintenance Manager at JLL, I was responsible for managing the facility services and projects for multiple sites across the region. I established and maintained a safety-first culture, fostered a collaborative teamwork environment, and delivered high-quality service to the client and the end-users. I also leveraged my skills in manufacturing process improvement, help desk support, and hardware to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the facility systems and processes. I was recognized for my leadership, communication, and customer service skills, as well as my ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
