About Daniel Mardini

Born and raised in Venezuela, I am multilingual and immigrated to the USA in 1982 to pursue university studies, I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Science with a specialty in Electrical Engineer, and master's in technology specializing in Energy consumption and Savings. My work experience across different industries has made me a strategic professional with an intricate and detailed knowledge of the Electrical engineering field, Engineering design, management operations, business development, and cash and procurements of all electrical equipment for inventory and distribution. For 25 years, I was the successful Chief operating officer of Inversiones Zeus C.A, a Distributor specializing in high-end technology for the electrical industries. In 2010 decided to expand and open offices in Florida, USA, which became my hometown—in 2014 started in the solar panel and solar energy venue. Due to COVID, in 2020, I made a career change and started selling electrical and energy-saving products to South America and the Caribbean. Initially, I was given the target of a better understanding of how to Finance and support different Market Organizations. Later I was allowed to be responsible for supervising a team of 5 engineers on certifications and design of solar and backup energy solutions. I have proven to be a self-starter and a change agent driven by results while adopting best practices and engaging a team by providing recommendations and improvements to make the process seamless and efficient. I have recently started a partnership with Solar Access for Designing, selling, and procurement, while Solar Access concentrates on installations. I have been able in just a short period to adopt practices and streamline processes that are leading our team to improve deliverables while meeting SLAs and improving KPI targets. l am a goal-oriented individual with a solid technical aptitude and good attention to detail. In addition, some of my featured qualifications include the ability to cross-train and work effectively with the other internal departments. Computer literate with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Blackline, QB, and website & database development ·Effective problem solver while mitigating risk and adhering to internal compliance controls Multilingual with complete fluency in Spanish and Arabic.
