Husband, father first. Secondly, process and efficiency driven IT Manager; diversity, equity, inclusion advocate; and health and wellness enthusiast. My role as a ServiceNow platform manager allows me to engage in multiple facets of the platform’s technology and capabilities. My strengths come from planning and forecasting where to take the platform in our future, and developing a roadmap so we can leverage all the cool functionally that comes with ServiceNow. The mission of my team, the Service Technology Unit, is dedication to improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of IT healthcare services by providing world class support and innovative solutions through the ServiceNow Platform. We seek to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance the user experience for IT professionals and business offices, as well as healthcare staff alike. We strive to deliver exceptional value to our organization by leveraging the power of ServiceNow to automate and digitize key business processes, reduce costs, and improve staff workflows. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, security and compliance and we work closely with our stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet their needs and expectations. We value teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and we are passionate about using technology to transform healthcare for the better. 27+ years in IT, 2 year as ServiceNow platform manager, and 9 in my previous field, building efficient integrations, streamlining clinical and business processes, ensuring data integrity. I’m a member and past Chair of the Staff Advisory Committee on Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (SAC-EDI); event coordinator; and contributor for policy change to improve/enhance D&I efforts. I’m also the current Chair of the Latinx Staff & Faculty Association (LSFA)
