With over two decades immersed in the dynamic technology landscape, I am an experienced professional with a talent for leading teams towards innovation and operational excellence. My journey spans various sectors, from the aluminum industry to banking, encompassing travel and food and beverage. In the companies I have worked for, I have left an indelible mark by architecting high-impact software platforms in multi-cloud environments, predominantly AWS and Azure, as well as leading technology environment migrations from On-Prem to cloud. With a solid background in development, I have engaged in every stage of the development cycle, from conception to final implementation. In leadership roles, I have maintained a deep technical understanding and contributed to customized solutions aligned with product and business requirements, while continuously seeking improvements in management areas such as agile techniques and team leadership. Currently, as Head of Technology, I lead multidisciplinary teams focused on building products and services in the largest Ecommerce/Marketplace and financial services ecosystem aimed at the food and beverage industries. Previously, I led one of the cornerstone projects for the digital transformation carried out by CVCCorp, from conception to delivery. Through ConecTaaS, a platform for tourism as a service that facilitated access and sales of a travel ecosystem via APIs for B2B and B2B2C partners, with an average daily request volume of 6MM hits and R$1.5B in annual gross sales. As a seasoned leader, I foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within my teams. I believe in empowering engineers to take ownership of their work, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow and develop their skills.
