About Daniel Martin Ely

Daniel Martin Ely has more than 30 years of experience as an executive in large organizations, including 5 years of international experience as the principal executive of business units in Argentina and the United States. In recent years, he served as Executive Vice President of Randoncorp and COO of Rands. From 2016 to 2022, he led a broad and widely recognized Cultural and Digital Transformation process, becoming one of the first professionals in Brazil to hold the role of CTO – Chief Transformation Officer. With a solid trajectory in the People and Culture field, Daniel Martin Ely worked for many years in corporate leadership roles and was repeatedly recognized as one of the most Admired HR Leaders in Brazil. His strong academic background includes a Master’s degree and international MBAs. He is the author of the book O Líder em Transformação, a Board Member at CNEX (Center for Human and Organizational Excellence), and the creator and co-founder of the Hélice Innovation Institute and the UniTEA Autism Institute. He also served as Director of CIERGS and Coordinator of CITEC – the Innovation and Technology Council of FIERGS. Originally from São Leopoldo/RS, Daniel Martin Ely holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and a Master’s degree in Organizational Strategies from Unisinos. He further enhanced his education with MBAs from FGV and FDC, in addition to executive programs at international institutions such as Kellogg and Singularity University. Recognized as an inspiring, inquisitive, and constantly evolving leader, Daniel Martin Ely created the “Reflexões e Conexões” website in 2016 to share his experience and insights through content on leadership, innovation, strategy, and people/culture. He also shares his knowledge on LinkedIn and Instagram and, in 2025, consolidated all of this intellectual production into his own content platform, Regencya.
