I hold multiple certifications in Prosci Change Management, FSMS Leader Auditor, and HACCP Auditor, which reflect my commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and safety. I lead a team of over 100 professionals across 4 facilities in Central Florida, I have successfully implemented several initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency, such as standardizing menus, streamlining workflows, and reducing costs. I also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
