Over two decades in a healthcare setting, beginning with over ten years of proven experience in security - this includes detailed report writing, access control, regulation & compliance, documentation, dispatching, monitoring and situation analysis for hospital networks, clinics, and group homes. Most recently, I have 7 years in the Business Affairs department handling data management, billing, and leading the Toastmaster chapter for my hospital. Through education I've become proficient in word processing, databases, communication, and peer review. Through supervisor training and promotions, I have proven my decision-making abilities for stressful situations with multiple considerations, as well as human resource management, training and delegation. I now have a new position where I can continue developing myself and my career. I feel I have proven myself as an excellent decision-maker, communicator, educator, and hard worker. I have always filled out multiple roles for every organization I've worked with, find solutions to difficult problems, and bridge departments in ways others thought impossible.
