About Daniel Matarazzo

I entered Real Estate later in life, I was 52. I had had a long career in law enforcement and investigations, winding up with ten years in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) as an Inspector. In 2016, I was injured, and this led to massive internal organ failure and ultimately to a double transplant (Liver and Kidneys) in January of 2018. I was on my deathbed in May of 2018, receiving the "Last Rites" twice! I was forced to medically retire and after surviving, I did not know what to do with myself, so I turned to my lifelong passion, real estate. Being a married, stepfather of two, man meant that I still needed to provide a living and support for my family. While we could scrape by on my pension, I knew they deserved more from me, so I bore down, went to school and passed my state and nationwide exam to become a Realtor! The Government trusted me (I still have a TOP SECRET clearance), as I have always been honest, and live life with integrity. I follow a code of ethics in my personal life that mirrors the code of ethics of the National Association of Realtors. I will execute my fiduciary duty to my clients, to the best of my ability, always striving to keep their needs and best interests foremost in any transactions. I work for the biggest and best real estate company in the United States, Coldwell Banker. We also have an international presence that is second to none. We have the power to pull buyers from around the globe to buy your home, with our massive global advertising. Hits on far exceed any other company working in Arizona today. We reach 6 continents (not in Antarctica yet!), and 195 countries.
