About Daniel Mattei

I am looking for an organization that I am able to apply my knowledge and skills in management and analytics in a dynamic environment. My experience within Dominion involved analyzing data and determining proper actions. I reviewed, corrected, and updated databases and information pertaining to contract negotiations, gas scheduling and capacity levels. I was also trained as a contingency Plant Operator for Union workers in West Virginia. My past experience has allowed me work inside many different fields performing multiple duties. My experience has focused on growing business, sales, customer service and management. I have hired, trained, and supervised teams as large as thirty employees. I have an emphasis on numbers, improving performance and increasing efficiency. As a store manager I was able to improve the numbers; including discretionary funding, labor forecasting, payroll and speed of service, from worst in the Region to the median in under a year while attending University full-time. Many of my previous business endeavors have had a guest satisfaction system which I was competently able to maintain well above industry standards. I grew up in a military household. Through my military life I have traveled all over the world, from Australia to England, Hawaii and Germany. This travel has led to an appreciation for the different cultures, work ethics and backgrounds that come with management and customer service. The structure, routine, and experiences have ingrained within me loyalty and dedication to performing my responsibilities above what is required. What I would bring to your company is a combination of customer service, leadership and technical skills that have gained me a reputation for my proficiency and results-driven work ethic. In my past experiences I have provided a strong and consistent performance to all my endeavors and would continue to do the same for you.
