Most recently I was responsible for Global Operational Governance for Networks, including such areas as SLA Management and Vendor Contract Performance, Operational Process Management and Improvement, Change Management, Metrics and Reporting, Risk Management, and Internal Controls Assessment. I also have a long history of delivering large-scale IT programs and projects on time and on budget.
