With over 26 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, I am a Certified International Forwarder (CIF) and a global freight forwarding expert. I have a proven track record of delivering excellence and growth in ocean freight operations, commercial management, procurement, warehousing, shipping logistics, transport logistics, and customs logistics. As the Regional Ocean Product Head EAF at CEVA Logistics, I lead and manage the ocean freight product portfolio across the Eastern Africa region, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. I also work with cross-functional teams and partners to develop and implement innovative solutions, strategies, and best practices that enhance the company's competitive edge and market share. I am passionate about creating value for the company and the clients, and taking full ownership of my actions.
