MBA in Management, Entrepreneurship and Business Development by PUC, Rio Grande Do Sul, Brazil 2022. Successful greenfield Alumina Refinery startup and post modeling using the Monte Carlo simulation including Operational Readiness, Ramp-up and Stabilization. Expertise in process optimization, risk analysis HAZOP/LOPA, process control (APC), KPI achievement, plant trials and statistical process control along with Lean Manufacturing approach. Stabilization of mud washer’s train while reducing soluble soda and alumina losses. Inventory, Volume and Caustic Control experience in Alumina Refinery; Reduced carbon footprint by transitioning alumina calciners from oil to natural gas. During economic crisis, led the operational reduction design and implementation of actions to save equipment and processes for later expansion Leadership role of teaching technical and management skills on multi-culture teams in the alumina manufacturing industry.
