What am I? I am an experienced lawyer and real estate professional who loves the inconsistency of both worlds. Whether it is acquisitions, dispositions, leasing or site selection, I have experience in many areas that blend to make a well-rounded professional who understands both the business and legal sides of real estate transactions and corporate legal management. What sets me apart from any other corporate attorney? Some of my more unique qualities include: • Investment in People. I am a huge people person. Anything can be achieved if you possess quality relationships with the right person. Why? Because people like helping, and being helped, by a “good” person that they know and trust. I invest in people every day, and build the relationship to make both of us successful. • Unique Perspectives. I have an innate ability to turn problems upside-down and find creative solutions to difficult situations. I may not always be successful or correct, but I’m always ready with more than one solution to any problem. Chances are, one of my ideas is something no one else has thought of yet. • Data Integrity. One of my keys to success is being able to analyze and manipulate data to be more efficient. In order to do that, the data used must be accurate and complete. One of my great skills has been to come into a position, understand where the data gaps are in the system and implement a program to clean up those problems.
