I work with clients to first build a connection and find out what it is that they are needing or wanting in a vehicle! What is it that they loved about their previous vehicle, and what they didn't like about it. What are they going to use this next vehicle for; travel, work, take kids back and forth, just a daily driver? What kind of options they want or need in a vehicle. What kind of budget they have for their next vehicle, and what kind of financing do they have set up or need us to get for them. I work on finding the perfect vehicle for them, my responsibility is to find the perfect vehicle that they will love and make it fit in their budget! I demonstrate the features of the vehicle and drive the vehicle with them. Then I negotiate with and for them to find a place that they can live with and my dealership can live with! I set them up with my finance manager and prepare their vehicle for delivery! I never stop there though, I pride myself in following up with my clients and making sure that all of their questions are answered and they have appointments for oil changes and other services they may need! I love my job and I love my clients!
