I love a good challenge and have a need to create. Whether I am at work, home cooking, woodworking, gardening, fixing an old car, making a new batch of beer or helping a friend; I enjoy the creative process. My Pharmacy experience is diverse and includes Manager and Staff Pharmacist positions in Long Term Care, large retail, small independent, and nuclear pharmacy. I have been instrumental in gaining efficiencies in use of radioactive materials and was Lead Trainer for rollout of new computer systems. As a Manager in retail positions, I consistently met or exceeded financial plans, marketed business for growth, and increased generic dispensing to improve the bottom line. Job duties have included carrying out all responsibilities of a licensed Pharmacist, overseeing, hiring, and training pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, and interns.
