I have nearly a decade's experience in MRO B2B/B2C ecommerce merchandising, industrial product data analysis and management, and SEM/PLA support engineering, troubleshooting, and configuration. Whether the puzzles have one solution - for instance, a bug that boils down to a logic error in the SQL embedded in a Java report code - or many - such as how to think like my customers and organize the ecommerce hierarchy and product information for tens of thousands of specialized products, I thrive on solving them. Solving the puzzle is, of course, it's own reward. But knowing that efficiently, effectively, and sustainably solving problems is having a positive, repeatable impact on clients or customers is an equally important one. Because when I solve problems, that helps the company retain and grow business.
