About Daniel McMullen

When I go to work every day, I do so primarily to provide for my family. I love what I do (it is a choice regardless of the position) and I give 110% every single day because, in my opinion, to do anything less is unethical. Giving 110% is about using every single moment to complete a task/project or to better prepare yourself for the next task/project. The satisfaction I achieve from completing my required work as well as going above and beyond by learning or honing skills that make me better at what I do give me the motivation I need to come in every single day fresh and ready to make myself and my organization better. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where the work never seems to run-out and there's opportunity for innovation and growth. I don't know everything but I'm always willing to learn and can catch on to most things very quickly. I have the ability to learn just about anything I put my mind to. I'm a creative problem solver and love going beyond my "job description"​ to find better (faster/more accurate) ways to do the same thing. Having a positive attitude is a essential part of my work ethic. I take joy from developing employees and teaching them new skills to allow them to better tackle the problems they face on a daily basis. I'm incredibly eager to learn new things and grow in my career.
