Civil Engineer with thirty years of heavy industrial construction experience, including projects for Mining, Petrochemical and Power Plants in Argentina, Chile, Perú, Philippines, UAE and United States. Background includes: Global Supply Chain lead for the M&M business line, Contracts Lead for the Greenville office business lines and Supply Chain Department Manager lead for the Santiago office. Field execution of three large scale mining projects as Contracts Manager (Cerro Verde II expansion Project and Minas Conga, Peru and Caserones, Chile), one large scale mining project as Chief of Contract Administration (Pascua Lama, Chile/Argentina). Two Energy Projects (DENA 2002 & 2003) in USA as Senior Contract Administrator in home office and on site. Two large scale mining project as Contract Administrator (Alumbrera Project, Argentina and Sulphide Leach, Chile) and one medium size project to refurbish a Petrochemical Plant as Contract Administrator Leader in Argentina. All of them for the construction stage, handling various major contracts of mass earthmoving, piping and engineering consulting contracts. Other responsibilities included budget and preparation of proposals for private and government companies, project control and cost analysis, project study, procurement and contract administration.
