With a strong foundation in hands-on manufacturing and a business administration degree from the University of Windsor, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my role as a Program Manager in the tool and mould industry. I began my career operating CNC machines, gaining firsthand insight into the precision, discipline, and teamwork required to succeed on the shop floor. Working in a family-owned business, founded by my father, has instilled in me a deep respect for craftsmanship, leadership, and the long-term commitment it takes to build something meaningful. I’ve been fortunate to learn both the technical and strategic sides of the business—lessons I carry into every project I lead. I take pride in leading programs from design through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards. I’ve introduced new software systems and automation solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and modernize our operations. Strong leadership is central to how I work—both with our internal team and the customers we serve. I value adaptability in a constantly changing industry, and I strive to go beyond the basics—seeking out new ideas, smarter processes, and future-focused solutions. I’m passionate about growth, not just for myself, but for our company as we expand into new markets and industries beyond automotive.
