Strong market knowledge and experience, which is further enhanced after living on three continents (APAC, North America and Europe) with differing roles of increasing scope and responsibility. A strong leader who has a proven track record for not shying away from a challenge, but adapting accordingly to drive to a successful outcome. Brought into Philips to reignite the brand, challenge the status quo and develop and drive new ways of marketing to propel the business forward through strong and critical portfolio and product management choices backed by solid business and marketing strategies and tactics to bring to market new technologies faster with the evidence and claims to maximize revenue and margin gain. I pride myself on being a passionate team leader that focuses on attracting talent and developing high performing teams through an inclusive culture built around a customer first mindset and driving change management to improve ways in reaching the customer through innovative technologies, solutions, services and business models, including e-commerce, all with the aim of treating more patients more efficiently and effectively. I am heavily invested in ensuring that the patient is central to all and any work that I do, knowing that one day a family member, a friend or even myself may be that patient.
