About Daniel Mills

I work with organisations and individuals to understand their current performance and support their ability to achieve their potential; helping people explore where they are today and where they could be tomorrow. For organisations, this starts with the employee experience and how the focus on skills, knowledge and behaviours in the organisation will benefit success and growth. With individuals, I coach and mentor a growth mindset to uncover hidden strengths and talents which enable them to achieve personal development goals or career ambitions. With over 15 years’ experience in learning and development I founded My Hidden Talents in 2014. I work with individuals and organisations like Valamis + TWM to bring learning technology, career and engagement platforms to large UK and international organisations. I co-founded MMU in 2014 to leverage my expertise in the retail and hospitality sector, helping multi-unit managers deliver superior sustained performance from the operational excellence of their teams. In 2017, I co-founded Engaging Behaviour, to help support sales and customer facing teams to transform sales performance at an individual, team or organisational level. In 2019, I joined Working Transitions as an Associate Coach to offer support to individuals who face career change and transition caused by redundancy, displacement or retirement. As a Chartered Member of the CIPD and the Institute of Leadership & Management, as well as a Fellow of The Learning & Performance Institute, I believe people are and will always remain the heart of organisational success and competitive advantage.
