As an Analyst/Producer at Churchill Commercial Capital, I leverage my strong academic foundation in business law and real estate to provide high-quality commercial loan services. I work with diverse teams to research, analyze, and underwrite commercial real estate loans, using industry tools like GIS, CoStar, and Google Earth to identify and evaluate potential development sites and market data. I also assist in preparing loan packages, proposals, and presentations for clients and lenders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Prior to joining Churchill Commercial Capital, I gained valuable experience as a Research and Development Intern at ViaWest Group, where I contributed to various industrial and office real estate projects. I collected and maintained a database of industrial real estate inventory in the Greater Phoenix area, authored reports on factors affecting industrial developments, and supported the financial analysis and due diligence processes for acquisitions. I also presented my deliverables to senior-level team members during bi-weekly Development Team meetings, demonstrating my problem-solving and communication skills. I hold an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License and a B.A. in Business Law from Arizona State University - W. P. Carey School of Business, with a Minor in Real Estate.
