Background

About Daniel Mirandoli

I've been tutoring chemistry, physics, and mathematics for over five years in various institutions and online companies. Northampton Community College is where my tutoring journey began. From assisting students in developing their understanding of core chemical mechanisms, visually expressing abstract concepts of calculus, to helping students modify their current study habits for desired test results, I’ve developed a real passion for teaching chemistry, math, and physics. I love the challenges this position has thrown at me. Since Northampton Community College has such a diverse student base, I've worked with students of all age groups, genders, ethnic backgrounds and languages. I've also developed a strong sense of concern for a students' continued success and am always available to help students outside of tutoring hours. This position has empowered me in ways I never thought were possible. It has helped me develop crucial traits and skills like public speaking, leadership, meta-cognitive insight, articulation, language, problem-solving, critical-thinking, creative writing, and more. The meta cognitive tools I've gained through teaching have enabled me to discover a true passion in this discipline and applying it in the professional world. I’m incredibly fortunate and honored to have found a career prospect that gets me out of bed every morning, racing to go to work.
