Experienced in handling large contracts, tenders and large quotations; resolving time sensitive issues, managing consigned stocks, cost saving solutions, improving replenishment procedures delivering solutions to utilise non-moving stock, building relationships with suppliers and customers at multiple levels (Uk based and foreign), managing existing supply sources and finding alternative ones. Very strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, Cribmaster Software, creating reports, training manuals and also used to work with customer's online portals to provide quotes, reports and submit invoices, etc. Strong ability to resolve accounts queries on urgent basis.
