I am a licensed pharmacy technician with 10 years of experience. In the last 10 years I have managed 2 teams of pharmacy technicians, directed and instructed a pharmacy technician program, structured and implemented standards of practice for 2 pharmacies, and served as a liaison for patient care. I have also worked in many pharmacy settings including retail, long term care, mail order, home infusion, hospital, and specialty. My skills include creative problem solving, strong leadership, adaptability, customer service, knowledge of insurance and prior authorization requirements, accreditation preparedness, policy writing, and professionalism. My proudest achievement has been my ability to foster a work culture that inspires hard work, customer service, team work, and diversity in every position I have held. I am proud to be a pharmacy technician.
