About Daniel Mollins

I am a Physiotherapist with interests in Manual Therapy, musculoskeletal conditions and Sports Injuries. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of New Brunswick, following completing my Masters of Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. My undergraduate degree had a special focus in biomechanics, sport & exercise science, and prescription for high performance athletes. My goal is to provide excellent Exercise Prescription for all clientele. With a strong focus on improving function and a calm demeanour within an individual's environment. My personal philosophy is that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect while practicing their best health to live their best life Along with physiotherapy, fitness is another passion of mine. Throughout the years, I've taught a variety of fitness classes, ranging from Spin classes, strength, to HITT classes. I am currently leading fitness classes at a fantastic local gym Move East.
