Ich arbeite als Partner im Bereich Turnaround & Restructuring in Frankfurt. Mein Schwerpunkt liegt in der Erstellung und anschließenden Umsetzung von ganzheitlichen Restrukturierungskonzepten sowie in den Bereichen Liquiditätsmanagement, Unternehmensplanung, Distressed M&A und Working Capital Management. Ich habe meine Erfahrungen insbesondere im Automotive-Sektor, im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau sowie in der und Werftenbranche gewonnen- I’m a Turnaround & Restructuring Partner based in Frankfurt/Germany. Before joining Deloitte I worked for seven years as a manager at EY (Ernst & Young) in the areas of Restructuring and Operational Transaction Services. During my career I was able to obtain significant experience in the development and implementation of holistic restructuring concepts as well as in the areas of liquidity management and business planning, distressed M&A and working capital optimizations through numerous consulting projects. My main sector expertise are in Automotive, mechanical- and plant engineering as well as shipping and shipyards.
