Some of the key areas I focus on include: Financial Stewardship – I manage plant finances across multiple facilities, ensuring that we meet our Gross Margin, Capex, Opex, and O&M targets while maintaining profitability. Through strategic decision-making, we consistently achieve our financial goals. Team Leadership – I lead a diverse and talented team of over 150 professionals across various functions including operations, maintenance, engineering, health & safety, finance, and environmental. Empowering my team to take ownership of their roles while holding myself and others accountable has been key to our success. Project Oversight – Leading multi-million-dollar capital projects is a responsibility I take seriously. In 2024, I managed a multimillion-dollar project in Sarnia, successfully overseeing more than contractor hours with zero safety incidents, proving that strong leadership and clear accountability lead to exceptional results. Sustainability & Compliance – Ensuring that all operations comply with regulatory standards, I foster a culture of safety and accountability that minimizes risk and upholds the integrity of our operations.
