About Daniel Munera

I'm a passionate Colombian Interior Designer who embarked on a European journey in 2017 to study, work, and immerse myself in the world of design. Growing up I was surrounded by stunning handcrafted furniture and captivating stained-glass windows in my parents' high-end Furniture workshop in Colombia. Inspired by their boundless creativity, I dreamed as a kid of becoming a designer. As an Industrial Designer, I joined forces with friends to paint the facades of dilapidated houses in the historical city center of my hometown, gaining press attention and igniting my career. Establishing a 5-person A&D team with Architect Marcela Gallo, we passionately shaped spaces through branding and interior design projects for two incredible years. Love entered the picture when my partner pursued a Master's degree in the Netherlands, and I followed suit, securing a scholarship in Spain, interning at a prestigious Retail Design Studio in Paris, and thriving at a global office furniture company (Buzzispace) developing fairs and offices around the world and working as a Project Consultant for the sales team, agents and clients. In 2022, I decided to dive into the Dutch language, shifting my focus to Belgium's local market. Currently, I bring my sales and design expertise to a Flemish furniture producer & interior renovation company, specializing in captivating Office, Horeca, Residential and Retail projects. I develop commercial design strategies, immersing myself in diverse business case studies while playing a pivotal role as an All-round Designer and Account Manager.
