As Vice President of Operations within the Parker distribution network, I oversee the systems and structures that keep an industrial distributor running efficiently — from procurement and production to logistics, inventory, and field service. With more than 30 years in the Parker world, I understand that operations are the core of a distributor’s success. Without disciplined systems, sales can’t deliver on what they promise. My role is to make sure every process — from order to fulfillment — runs with accuracy, speed, and accountability. I focus on operational alignment: ensuring that sales, purchasing, and production work as one continuous system. That means leading process design, ERP optimization, and data-driven decision-making across multiple branches and business units. When operations run right, everything else works — inventory turns faster, margins hold, and customers stay.
