As a Senior Finance Officer at AECF: I have led a team of 5 finance officers to ensure timely financial reporting, effective treasury management, and successful donor and institutional audits. I led the automation of finance process and procedures in AECF, moving from semi-manual system to now fully automated system – Dynamics 365 Business Central. I created various bid proposal budgets for different projects funded by various donors (FCDO,SIDA,EU,GAC and IFC) notably is a SIDA funded program of 66-million-dollar Grant spanning over 9 countries, as a result, AECF won the grant. With international experience in Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Somali, and SSA, I thrive in collaborative environments and drive operational initiatives to achieve bottom-line results. I am a highly reliable and results-driven Certified Public Accountant and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
