A results-oriented Industrial Development Project Manager with experience in product management and leadership roles: • Led and managed daily shift operations in Ferrero Alba plant, at Rocher Lines. ‍ • Expertise in leading teams to improve performance, augment delivery and efficiency. • Specializes in innovation & development projects, people management and data analysis. ‍ My academic journey reflects my determination and adaptability, starting in Naples, moving to Turin, and culminating in a double degree enriched by an international experience in the US. I am eager to immerse myself in new cultures, engage with diverse people, and learn from their perspectives. I strongly believe that teamwork and mutual understanding are essential for achieving goals while meeting deadlines effectively. My first work experience has been in Cartier Italian Manufacturing Site, where I led the technical development of the process of some new product lines interacting with R&D, Production, Logistics and Supply Chain. Currently, I am part of the Ferrero Industrial & Supply Chain Graduate Program, gaining international experience in belgian Luxembourg region. I began my journey in Alba as an Operations Shift Leader, where I spent two years developing my leadership skills and operational expertise. Subsequently, I was transferred to Arlon, to broaden my perspective within the Ferrero Family, further strengthening my leadership, program and project management abilities. I consider myself a highly motivated individual who has always pursued his dreams with determination, turning them into reality through careful planning and execution.
