At Guitar Center, I’ve led AI adoption efforts across the enterprise, including a successful ChatGPT Enterprise pilot in the contact center that unlocked a $2.7M projected revenue lift and saved the equivalent of 10+ FTEs. I also conducted ROI analysis, which helped secure buy-in and scale usage across headquarters. Currently, I’m focused on: Establishing a Model Context Protocol (MCP) layer to structure scalable AI implementation Building AI agents to extend Order Management System (OMS) functionality Standing up an AI Center of Excellence to guide responsible enterprise adoption Expanding ChatGPT licenses across HQ and leading a grassroots ChatGPT Champions group Partnering closely with EIS, Legal, and C-suite stakeholders to drive secure, strategic alignment Enabling the entire product organization to present aligned quarterly goals at the executive level Outside of product, I’m still an active composer—a discipline that informs how I lead, think, and build.
