I am an experienced Software Developer and Scrum Master with a background in both customer-focused and technical roles. My journey from retail management to technology has shaped my ability to understand and address business needs with effective, innovative solutions. With a passion for continuous learning, I thrive on solving complex challenges and driving strategic value through the ServiceNow platform. My career began in retail sales, where I gained valuable skills in communication, leadership, and customer experience. Moving into IT, I excelled as a Business Analyst, bridging gaps between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions. As a Scrum Master, I guided teams with agile methodologies to achieve project success, enhancing my project management and collaboration skills. Transitioning to a developer role, I took on leadership in significant projects, including the migration of AT & T’s Technology Strategies & Standards application to ServiceNow. This experience fueled my interest in the platform, where I've since developed expertise across modules like ITSM, Service Mapping, and Discovery, and continue to expand my knowledge with certifications and hands-on experience. Now, I am actively seeking opportunities to work with the ServiceNow platform, whether as a Developer, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Project Manager. I’m excited to bring my adaptability, technical knowledge, and collaborative approach to a new team, contributing to meaningful projects and advancing my skills in ServiceNow.
