As a Director of Sales Excellence at Microsoft, I have over seven years of experience in enabling and coaching public sector teams and partners across 14 markets in Western Europe. I am a certified Insight Selling professional and a member of the Western Europe Area Public Sector leadership team. My core competencies include sales management, digital transformation, business planning, and compliance. I partner with the Public Sector Lead to run and transform the public sector business into the cloud, leveraging financial and market analytics, sales processes, scorecards, and account planning. I also developed and run the public sector telesales engine, conducting regular QBRs with signature partners and showcasing Microsoft's finance transformation with external CXOs. My mission is to connect and orchestrate teams and ecosystems to enable our partners and clients to leverage their full potential.
