Hello! My name is Daniel Nguyen (he/him) and I am a graduating senior at Tufts University earning my bachelor's degree in Biology, Community Health, and International Relations. Upon graduation, I will pursue my MD at Tufts University School of Medicine and plan to earn an MPH following completion of medical school. I am interested in pursuing internal medicine, infectious disease, and global health equity as a physician and researcher, having done significant advocacy work and research in water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) and neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) for several years. I currently work as a senior research fellow and youth board member for Move Up Global, research with the Lantagne Group, and have formerly interned at Partners In Health as a clinical quality and health systems strengthening intern.
