About Daniel Norberg

I started working with events shortly after I had finished my studies at the University of Borås in 2011. In my work, I have among other things been responsible for concept development, planning and implementation of various events. I have been entrusted with both administrative and operational responsibility, a mixture that I’m both comfortable with and enjoy. During the winter of 2012, I co-founded the nightclub Clooneys in Gothenburg. Starting from scratch involved many challenges, but we managed well and the club grew to become the most popular club at that time. At Bananpiren I successfully project managed events like, Volvo Ocean Race, Way out west, Statement festivalen, Möbelmässan Göteborg and a series of different concerts and fairs. In my role today I oversee Bananpirens production team who are responsible for everything from sound, light, infrastructure to ensuring that all permits and legal documentation are in order. I’m also in charge of sales and I know the importance of closing the deal, and this is something I’m good at. I can contribute with: Client management, sales, site management & coordination of events among other things. I’m a positive person who prioritize the needs for my clients and I’m not afraid to run the extra mile. This is something I also expect from my co-workers as well, as you know there’s no “I” in Team. I always try to approach projects with a fresh mindset and a “think outside the box” mentality, keeping up on the latest trends and news in the business. I am a very social person and I have over the years built a solid and extensive network of people who I know in all parts of the business. If I haven’t met you yet It’s about time we do!
