Dan directs the firm’s general litigation practice, handling complex business litigation matters in numerous state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. He has tried to jury verdict or final judgment several multi–million dollar cases. His varied practice includes employment, civil rights, class–action, education law, contractual, real estate, product liability, copyright, and commercial and corporate law cases. In addition to his active litigation practice, Dan counsels clients with respect to matters of corporate and regulatory compliance including international trade, product and food safety, labeling and regulatory matters involving the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and the Food and Drug Administration.
