Who I am: I have 2 goals - work in something that I love; and fulfill a dream. I love working with people, and focusing on their development, especially based with evidence and data analysis. My dream is to make a comic book. What I do: HR Data Analysis / People Analytics (Satisfaction, Development, Training, KPIs, etc) with PowerBI and Excell | Management and support in HR Information Systems (SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone)| Salary benchmark analysis | Support in the definition of HR processes (focus on Career Model, Performance and Potential Appraisal).
