About Daniel Olivera

As a Delivery Manager Professional Services with extensive experience in driving improvement activities and managing complex implementation projects, I am passionate about ensuring a well-functioning delivery organization. In my role, I lead and manage the delivery team, with the primary responsibility of delivering projects on time and with the expected quality. I also take overall commercial responsibility for projects, both with existing and new customers, and I support the sales organization in qualifying and closing deals. With strong people skills, I enjoy coaching team members in their daily work and I see cooperation as a key to success. I have experience in managing customer and partner relations at a senior level, and I approach work with a structured and self-sufficient approach. As the Service Delivery Manager, I ensure continuous improvement within the delivery organization, manage project hours, billings, and expenses, and allocate staff to incoming projects while managing capacity over time. Additionally, I am responsible for hiring and onboarding new team members and for the escalation process, taking ownership of major incidents and ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders, and post-incident review. I am excited to be part of the Medius team and to contribute to the growth of the consulting organization, while delivering exceptional products and services to our valued customers.
