Technology Professional with more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry. I've worked with every type of computer system from the TRS 80 Model 1 to the latest servers of today and everything in between. College education with both Computer Science/Math and Business/Computer Information Systems coursework. Started my first business at age 22, and built this into a 20 employee company. Founder of the first local based ISP in Northwestern Alabama in 1994. In I changed directions and went into my real love of IT. Worked 4 years as a Systems Engineer developing XML authoring solutions, and document/content management applications. Was on the forefront of XML technology, and worked extensively with web based applications. I designed, built, and implemented document management applications for large energy companies, various government agencies, and intel agencies. Worked 3 years with Syniverse as a Senior Systems Engineer and obtained extensive web application and telecom experience. At Citi, I was the first of a future team of tibco engineers that built a support structure for their Tibco STE's. I have extensive experience working with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), Service Oriented Infrastructure (SOI), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Message Oriented Middleware (MOM). I have many years of Senior Engineer experience working with Tibco. Currently managing multiple groups including CTO Global Tibco Support, EAM RTView Development and Support, and CTO Monitoring. My groups assist in the architecture, implementation, and support of Tibco based solutions, a development and support group responsible for an Enterprise Application and Technology monitoring/dashboard system, and front line monitoring team. These are responsible for many aspects of mission critical projects that include many of Citi's most critical infrastructure and applications including Know Your Customer (KYC), Genesis, Citi Marketplace, and more.
