I’m a Certified Practising Counsellor (PACFA Member) supporting people through mental health challenges, addiction recovery, and life transitions — drawing on both professional training and lived experience. My approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, grounded in the belief that all behaviour makes sense with enough context. I work with young people and adults, providing a safe space to explore what’s underneath, build insight, and move toward a more authentic life. I currently work across Positive Minds Gippsland (PMG) and Lowanna College, combining private counselling practice with school-based support. My focus areas include AOD recovery, emotional regulation, youth wellbeing, and identity development. What I Bring Bachelor of Counselling (BCouns) Certified Practising Counsellor – PACFA #32527 Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs (in progress) 200+ hours of supervised school counselling experience 🧠 Experience with ADHD, ASD traits, addiction, and attachment dynamics ‍ Qualified Personal Trainer with a focus on the mind–body connection I integrate evidence-based frameworks (MI, CBT, ACT) with a genuine, down-to-earth style — helping people strengthen relationships, develop self-awareness, and make meaningful, sustainable change.
