About Daniel Palomo

Daniel Palomo has a degree in industrial engineering, specializing in construction. Through his education, he acquired extensive industrial knowledge, among other things: mechanical and materials technology, mechanisms, fluids, thermodynamics, electricity and electronics, Eurocode and construction, as well as urban planning, infrastructure, project management and risk identification. As a construction cost estimator, Daniel has carried out projects for both the public and private sectors. He has extensive experience in measurements (Bluebeam Revu CAD program) of surfaces, materials and construction elements at different stages of the project, from the preliminary project to the construction stage, as well as cost estimation in the MAP and CalcFrame programs. He has also experience in the price indexation according to statistical data from the Swedish statistics office. He is also responsible for the annual update of the price and code database (Grunda). He now works as a team leader, and among his functions he highlights the planning, organization, administration, direction and management of projects, including administrative and billing tasks, as well as contact with clients. He comes originally from Spain but has lived in the UK for 5 years and in Sweden since 2016, being fluent in English, Spanish and Swedish. His previous experience before moving to Sweden is mainly in administration, customer contact and team management roles.
