About Daniel Parino

Daniel Parino is counsel for Searchlight Television and 20th Century Television (formerly ABC Signature), providing legal support for a number of the studio's shows, both in production and development. At Greenberg Glusker, Daniel was part of its Litigation Group, focusing primarily on entertainment and intellectual property litigation Daniel graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California’s top-ranked School of Cinematic Arts in film production. He earned his J.D. at Harvard Law School, graduating with honors and serving on the Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law, as well as participating in the Harvard Recording Artists Project and the Prison Legal Assistance Project. Before Disney and Greenberg Glusker, Daniel worked for nearly ten years as a creative in the film industry. He also served as a law clerk for the Federal Public Defender of the Central District of California. His screenplays have made the quarter finals of the Academy Nicholl Fellowship, the semi-finals of the PAGE competition, and the finals of both The Tracking Board's Launch Pad competition and the Scriptapalooza Feature Competition.
