After spending ten years at Greenwood King Properties, he joined New Leaf in 2016. Daniel offers his clients extraordinary knowledge in new construction, residential resale, town homes, and first time home buyers. He also operates a small remodeling company which gives his clients access to numerous contractors and trades. A native Houstonian, Daniel attended Lamar High School and then earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Texas A&M University. This strengthened his masterful negotiation skills, and has given him a strong Houston network. Married to his wife Amanda since April of 2012, he has two young sons and four legged daughter named Mico. His background in real estate has not only come from experience, but from his family. Exposure to the industry began early with his mother, a long time agent and a successful top producer. His father is president of Parker House Inc, a well respected high-end builder throughout Houston. Daniel has been involved in real estate transactions from to houses listed well over thus proving there is no house too big or too small.
