About Daniel Patrasc

With over 13 years in the auto rental industry, I found myself wearing a variety of hats and had my fair share of challenges. The first three years, I learned to handle anything: negotiating additional services with clients at 1 A.M. and getting my shirt dirty in the next morning, while adding engine oil or moving tires around … because back then, I had to do it all myself. Those hands-on days built my skills in technical checks, cash handling, negotiations, inventory, and selling extras, all while keeping it professional, whether talking cars or closing deals. As I moved into bigger roles, first in Bucharest, then as a branch manager in Timisoara, and later in Lisbon, I took on leadership, team motivation, relocating an entire branch, and coaching new talent - some of them now hold key management positions in the company. All of this sharpened my management, project planning, and helped me gain cultural awareness. Today, I’m growing further by coordinating Romanian customer assistance remotely at a call-center; still all about service, problem-solving, and making clients leave with a smile.
