I'm an Accounting professional,holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from Mzumbe University(2016) and CPA IP (final stage ) with history of working in Non Government Organization,construction and trading companies I'm open-minded with over 4 years of experience in accounting and business settings. I'm skilled in Corporate reporting, Taxation, Internal controls, Business management, Procurement, logistic systems and ERP systems, Management strategy, and structuring. In my career i worked as Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, and Finance officer in both Non-Government Organizations and Business organizations. I'm capable of handling challenging dynamic issues in the organization and managing subordinate staff. I'm a Consistent learner, a hard worker, and am honest. In my career, I'm also worked as a part-time team leader in designing management controls, Accounting manuals, Accounting systems, Accounting coaching, tax planning, and ERP system ideation to development where I helped many software developers in ideation and system operations to management structure. I'm currently working in one of the top NGOs in the health sector in Tanzania as a finance officer for one of the program districts. Finally, I'm ready to work with any organization which challenges my career.
