Background

About Daniel Pederzini

I’m a Mid-level Backend Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience building scalable, reliable systems for high-throughput environments. I specialize in Java and Spring and have deep practical experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Kafka-based messaging, and designing resilient APIs and microservices.I currently work on critical PIX projects that serve millions of daily users with high throughput, consistency, and security requirements. I’m comfortable owning work from architecture to implementation and maintenance: designing full systems from scratch, turning them into reliable code, optimizing performance on queues and database queries, identifying and correcting production incidents, and developing new features for existing systems. What I do best is turn ideas into scalable, secure, production-ready systems. I balance pragmatic engineering with strong foundations, preferring solutions that are simple, maintainable and measurable. I enjoy mentoring and collaborating, identifying teammates’ strengths, and helping cross-functional teams move faster and safer. I'm also fluent in english and can easily work with international teams.I’m driven by delivering real value through technology and by a continuous curiosity about the fundamentals behind systems, not just the tools. I’m aiming to grow toward software architecture and tech-lead roles, and I’m also expanding into data science and AI/ML topics.
