I'm an enthusiastic problem solver active within the IT industry for more than 20 years, in diverse roles and with experiences ranging from sales and medical engineering, project management and education.* I am currently working together with large and diverse organizations as an Account Manager at STV - an Leading Company that makes meetings easy with help of different technoligies.* I am currently also working as an Senior Advisor and Educator in the area of digital meetings and digital workplace. I help, support and educate organisations when they are about to implement and/or need to optimize their communication tools to fit what the organisation needs. I work with both local and global organizations. Specialized in Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business, Video Conference Solutions from Cisco, Pexip, Polycom, Lifesize and more. My expertise is to manage and drive excitement of projects in digital transformation, user adoption and optimizing customer delight. I'm helping my customers to digitalize their ways of working and fulfilling their goals of increasing productivity, efficiency and work-life balance -through improved communications, tools and engagement. From an end-user perspective, I work a lot with securing that our interfaces continuously facilitate a simple, accessible, fast, secure and high-quality customer experience.
